I will preface my review by saying that the main reason I am writing it is because I am sick of seeing people only getting on these sites to complain. If you are living in a college town apartment, it stands to reason that things won't be perfect so people should really shut up and deal.

Anyways, University Commons is a great option. It is a great price, nice location and all bills paid. I have had few problems but the management is quick to fix. I've had them out within a week just to replace a light bulb. My biggest problem here was when I had ants in my bathroom but again- quick to fix. I secretly think my neighbor is a rapist but that isn't the complexes fault. I can hear him yell at something through the walls.(And he snuck in a dog which he probably abuses)

If you are looking for something nice it is the place for you. I couldn't really ask for more- except maybe visitor parking haha.

" If you are living in a college town apartment, it stands to reason that things won't be perfect...."......maybe when it comes to noise but what does living in a college town apartment have to do with ants in your bathroom (or my kitchen), rude and clueless office staff, an old and dirty gym, leases that screw you over if you don't read the fine print, leaking windows, etc. etc....after all, I am paying with non-college town money for my college town apartment.
