People only right on these things if they have a strong opinion, or a really bad experience. I never really had any problems with these apartments, or the staff. In any apartment you can find its flaws, and it is an apartment designed for college students. Nothing will be perfect but I thought University Commons was definately right for me. Everytime something would go out, it was fixed very quickly. It is a convient location and a comfortable apartment. I am planning on living here again next year.
