I wake up to cig. butts all over the walk way outside the door and beer cans in the back yard.. Loud immature kids that have never been away from their mommy keep me up all night! And my dumb neighbors who just moved in decided to start smoking in the apt. and it all comes in my apt. I call to talk to management and there is "nothing they can do". DONOT pay this much to live at such a poorly maintained place or if you wanna be able to wake up in the morning for school!

What do you expect living in apartments around a college town? You want quiet and solitude then rent a home or condo...maybe even a duplex. If you really are a seaman's 27 year old wife you should already know this. Did you believe it would be the same as military housing?

Navywife27: They have military clauses EVERYWHERE in the area that uses a TAA lease which is about 90 to 93% of all apartment communities in the area. The staff at The Trails (Formerly known as University Commons) works EXTREMELY hard to keep that place going...I know from some personal experience... And also...if you were looking for something a little more conventional and less student....then why the heck would you rent at a community that is named UNIVERSITY Commons? Sounds like it was your mistake. Nothing to do with management. You try running a primarily student occupied property and then you can say something.

hmmm. ok ANONYMOUS then why did they change the name if it was so student occupied and why did the staff tell me it was families and alittle of everyone living here?? Go find something better to do then comment on something you obviously know nothing about!!

Fair Housing laws prevent staff from telling what "kind" of people actually occupy a property. The name was changed because Old Ags were getting our property confused with the Commons Dorms on campus.
