The management is terrible with money

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I have had a trying time with the office keeping track of my information especially regarding money. I moved out two months ago and I still get a letter saying I owe them money when I paid them already. why is it so hard to keep track of money! that should be their top priority!!!!! But it's obviously not.
