I lived here for a year and loved it. Its right outside the bus route. Whenever we had a problem and there were some like a major moth infetation and a leaky heater tehy fixed them right away. The pet rent was a alittle steep but the walk in closets are huge you could almost live in them. Its a very quiet neighborhood and not noisy and right along the bus route which i rode everyday. If need be its a 15 minute wlak to the south side dorms. It is more convenient with a car and I plan to move back once i get one.
