The best place I've lived.

I've lived in 4 different complexes in College Station, and this is by far my favorite.

Management is wonderful. They are all super friendly and incredibly helpful. They care about the residents, and the manager actually knows everyone's name and where they live.

Apartments have garbage disposals and ceiling fans/overhead lights. My refridgerator was brand new when I moved in, and the walls were freshly painted. The apartments are taken care of.

Maintenance is very fast. When I moved in, my bathroom door/frame didn't line up. I shut my dog in the bathroom so I could move things without her running out. When the door wouldn't open, I told the office and even though it wasn't working hours, a maintenance man was there in 15 minutes.

All kinds of parking

Good location. If you are a college student, its on a good bus route (Centerpole), or if you don't want to ride the bus, you could easily ride your bike.

Big apartments. Walk-in closet, linen closet in the bathroom. My favorite thing about this apartment is the bathroom. The sink area is huge and separate from the toilet/shower area. So someone taking a shower doesn't affect if you can use the sink.
