Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
First Apt in College Station and is a great place. Moved into a one bedroom unit, the only maint. issue was the Garbage disposal didn't work the day I moved in, but it was replaced within an hour of reporting it. Very nice place, the neighbors keep to themselves, but that's okay with me. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed living here.
