Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
I've been living in this apartment since 2002.
Initially the service used to be good. Since the last 6-7 months there has been a change in the office staff. The new staff are discourteous and unfriendly. And they blame you if anything in the apartment goes bad and requires repair.
