Great for a summer lease

Lived in a 1/1 just for the summer. Thought it was great. It was quiet except for the maintnence guys over at the Eastgate apartments. Landscaping guys kept the grass cut just about every week. I recommend this to anyone who wants a place where they wont be bothered by management all the time.
