I would recommened this place to anyone who loves killing roaches several times on a daily basis. The apartments are also infested with bed bugs which means you have to trash your $600 mattress when you move out. I complained about the roaches several times and they brought a pesticide guy in ONE TIME to spray maybe 3 places in my apartment...it was not use. Additionally, my AC broke in August and it took them 3 days to fix it...my electric bill was horrendous b/c i had to leave the AC on to fan out the apt. Crime is rapant in the area...I came out one night to find 13 police cars outside my apartment with search dogs. I had two chained bicycles stolen as well and came home one night to find guys in a car outside my apt smoking and drinking beer inside the car while making sexual comments toward me. every time you go to the office the staff (especially the manager) is rude and acts like everything is YOUR fault. She got really mad when I went to look for another apartment and lied to me when my moveout date was supposed to be. when i finally left that sorry excuse for apts....I was sent a cleaning bill in the mail only because they wanted to keep my deposit but they never took one from me other than a 99$ non refundable one at the beginning. if you move here you will be surrounded with roaches, bed bugs, crime, and a staff that does not care.

I live here currently and I have zero bugs in my apartment, of any kind. I have also never had any problems with the staff, maintenance crew, or crime. And there is no way the manager could have "lied" about the move out date when a copy of the lease is given to you when you move in as well as 60 day notices put out with your lease end date on them. You must have either confused or misinformed about the terms of your lease. And if you paid a $99 deposit, you DID pay something, and obviously the damage to the apartment was more than the $99 covered, that's why you were charged. This happens anywhere you go, not just here. I completely disagree with everything this person wrote, it sounds more like a personal problem to me.

Actually it is not a PERSONAL problem, as I am in another, much better and well run apt complex now with ZERO bugs and a FRIENDLY staff. the $99 was for them to steam clean, not a deposit. AAAAnd every person around me...below me and next door to me were going through the same problems with bugs and a disrespectful staff.....I actually became friends with the people around me because we were all venting about the same problems!!!!!! and about the move out date.....they did change my lease and told me the incorrect date to move out which caused probs with the apt complex I was moving into....and about the damage to the apartment....when I moved in there was numerous counts of previous damage done to the apartment which they said they would fix but the never did.....TENANT BEWARE
