I have lived in a one bedroom for two years here (JR & SR yrs of college) and have truly loved it. Location is right in the middle of College Station, maintainence is quick to address any concerns-and friendly, office staff is helpful and understanding of personal circumstances. Space is large for the price-can't find a better deal for the room and the rate in College Station. Residents are usually older, mature college students/grad students/professionals so there isn't loud music or parties every night.
