I lived in the complex for a year and it was awful. There was a 2 inch gap under my front door. The threshold was rotting and the toilet ran unless you giggled the handle after every flush. Right before we moved out, the electricity kept going off. The management told us that it was our fault. How''' They took 3 days to fix the air conditioner in out apartment in AUGUST!!! We had to stay at a hotel for 2 nights. They are never in the office when the office hours are supposed to be. There is a ton of room and they are inexpensive, but it is not worth the hassels with the management.
