Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
The management is the biggest problem. Totally not responsive and cheap. I had to argue with them in order to solve general maintenance issues (bad electicity, plumbing, etc.). The office manager is present less than 4 hours a day and not friendly.
I can't say it's the worst place to live in, but for your money you can get a much better deal.
