I have lived here for 3 years and don't recommend these apartments. Although they are at a great location and pretty big square footage, management will lie to you just to get money. You have to be smart with them and know your rights in order to avoid having to pay unreasonable fees. They will tell you everything you want to hear if you are planning on renting however once you're locked into the lease it all changes. If you plan to rent from them, get everything in writing on the lease, and I mean everything. If they tell you something, have them put it in writing and sign and date. Maintenance requests are not taken care of properly, and they have waited a whole month to come fix something for me. They do the absolute minimum on the property with shotty repairs. When maintenance comes, they will leave the place a hugh mess. They have poor lighting on the property. They are rude to you when they want money that they don't deserve and don't plan on getting any deposits back. They tried to claim 75 dollars for dusty fan blades and a burnt out light bulb. I highly recommend that you look somewhere else!
