A little awesome and a lot AWFUL

Lets start with the awesome. Great location. I rode my bike to class every day (until my wheels got stolen one night). The place was huge with plenty of room for whatever you need. Thats it. That's all that is great. Everything else is horrible. First and foremost, management is never in the office. Their office hours are more like 'maybe they'll be there, maybe not' hours. Also, the guys they hire to fix stuff are awful. We had a leaky AC drain for about 2 weeks before someone came and fixed it. So, we had a huge water puddle in the middle of the apartment. It smelled bad and left a huge stain. Also, our toilet leaked from the bottom. This was and still is a problem. A guy came to fix it one day, or should I say make it worse. Apparently he used my towel to dry the floor when he was done. Thanks dude for using my towel that I dry my clean body off with to dry the nasty toilet water off the floor. Next, the shower leaked from behind the wall. This caused the carpet in the living room to become soaked. It also peeled some of the paint off the wall. We told management several times about this problem but they kept sending in some guy with a tool belt and maybe a G.E.D. to fix it. All he did the first 3 times was put some caulk on the inside of the shower. I finally looked at it myself and told him what to fix. He was like 'Oh, so thats the problem.'
One random day, the power in my room cuts off. Only in my room. So I check the breaker box and all the breakers are fine, but there isn't one for my room. I call management and tell them and they're like, ok we'll look at it tomorrow. Its only 2 in the afternoon and I say "its kind of important, can you look at it today'' So, they bring an extension cord to run from another room. Thanks guys. Apparently, the apartment next to mine paid for the electricity in my room because when I went to the office the next day to complain they guy said I have to wait for the neighbors to pay their electricity bill. Kind of shady to me. Overall, this place was manageable because I lived with some awesome guys. Other than that, this place sucked and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking to live in College Station.
