The owners are Terrible. I found out after moving in that they knew of a problem from a previous tenant and it still took them over a month to fix and a threat of further action. If you are a female, beware they manager is a chauvinists pig. in other words you know nothing and expect nothing to get done. I have no problem holding my own and have a father in the rental business so I knew what leverage I had and was able to get what i needed done but dont count on it.
