I lived in University Terrace apartment for one year, and I have to highly suggest new move in residents to take a picture of the apartment when you check the original damages. Otherwise you will pay all the damages you never cause after you move out, making a check list doesn't work, you d better photo record them.

Be prepared to pay high daily maintenance fees for ridiculous reasons. The manager will charge you a lot.

It is painful to mention detail unhappiness, it was so disappointing. And apparently the manager here is not helpful and friendly.

Just give apartments searchers a piece of advice: a good manager will make living happy and smooth. Not there apparently.
