Honestly, I was drawn to this complex by the interesting building designs. From the exterior it looks very neat with arched windows and funky corners, neat ceilings. However, one guy (an extremely nice guy)is doing all the work---on a budget. For example, our a/c has broken about 4 times in a year and a half, not a good thing in Texas. He always fixes it very promptly, but it shouldn't be breaking so much...The pool isn't very clean and the chairs out there are ancient/falling apart. You can tell the complex is aging and there isn't enough money or staff to keep in the kind of condition that would make it worth the rent. They are really nice and laid back and don't treat renters like irresponsible college students, which is worth something.
