ok here's the deal. walden pond was great when we moved in. what i absolutely loved about it was the design. this place was always really cozy. the electric bill was really high. the highest i ever paid for a 2/2 was $190! the office staff was great at first, but then i think we had 5 different managers while i was there which was only two years. well the last bit of living there was HELL. the new manager is ok, but the assistant is a -----!!!! and i am not even lying. she tries to think that she is a higher position than she really is. whatever, i did not like her at all. the main maintenance guy is really sweet and nice, i think i liked him the most while i was there. the sprinkler system sucked, there was always dog ---- everywhere. the wasps were horrible. and we had this problem where our entire apartment flooded and they did not even replace our carpet. all they did was take out the WET padding and replace it with DRY padding and then put the "dry" which was really still damp, carpet back over the dry padding. overall i would recommend if if the office staff was different. when thay came is really when i stopped enjoying myself there.
