Things where great when I first moved in then things went bad.
After two months getting maintance to fix simple thing such as a broken toilet was hard. It did not require two or the vists by the repair man but four or five request to the main office. The repair man is actualy quite nice.
My apartment developed a water leak and compeletly satuarated the carpet. This was never repaired and I was actualy charged for this damage. Thank goodness for renters insurance. So be sure to document every request for repairs and every vist to the main office. Personal at the main office change fequently because of this the staff just does not know what they are doing. The nicest person on staff is the repairman. The repairman is work is always good however getting the office to send him over is a task.
High ceiling and big windows are wonderful however the electric bill is outragous 190 was my adverage bill. Even with the A/c running ful blast the apartment was never cool (below 76)
While I lived there several breaking occured mostly the doors where kicked in HOwever in May of 05 Three men forced their way in to an apartment armed with machetes. They forced the two girls in the apartment in to the bathroom. The apartment compelex will never inform you of security issues such as this however they will inform you to clean up after your dog.
The neighbors are great everyone has a dog and it is a wonderful way to meet people.
Further when you do move out Document document document the main office is in California. The local office stops working with you after you move out. Take care if you decide to rent here.
