The pond is awesome!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
The unique thing about this place is that it has a stocked fish pond. Management never even had a problem with us keeping what we caught. There were a few days were we would go fish in the pond and be grilling catfish that night. My little girl liked feeding the ducks too. Really family friendly.
