Over all, Waldon Pond is well kept, the management and especially the maintenance people were always kind and professional. The mainenance guy TC is awsome! I moved out of Texas in 2006, and I really miss the safety that I experienced at Waldon Pond. I don't recall even one incedence of crime on the property in the three years I lived there. Parking was never an issue for me either. I really loved the floorplan of the two bedroom. I had vaulted ceilings with lots of natural light. So often apartments in Texas are like dungeons with only tiny windows and little or no built in lighting.

The only problems I experienced was due to the lack of maturity among many of the residents. This is to be expected because they are mostly college students. They would occasionally be loud and leave beer cans in the pool. My biggest complaint would be that almost everyone living there owns one or more dogs that they NEVER PICK UP AFTER! I don't really mind dogs (though I wouldn't want one in my house), but tracking someone else's dog's poo into the house is nasty!
