Great apt property with neighborhood atmosphere

This is a neat property clustered on a dead-end residential street, so you have privacy and a neighborhood feeling.
One side of the street is lined with one story units. There is a pool and laundry room and the residents are friendly and helpful.
The manager is neat. The property name is a little weird, but its the street on which the property is located.
