Yellow House, now called Hunter's Point is a decent place to live. I lived there for a year on the advice of a friend. Overall I enjoyed my stay and recommended it to my brother.

The Good: Lots of space, quiet neighbors, maintenance was quick and efficient. Never had any issues with the area. Moved out to live a friend in a duplex.

The Bad: The kitchen was out of the 70's including antique oven and dishwasher. Everything worked properly so I can't really complain. It just looked strange. No counter space either. If you took a shower over 10 minutes you'd run out of hot water. Expect to purchase another internet service because the provider they have is unreliable.
