I have lived here for a year. As the apartments are getting old, things start to break down or cause trouble, like the plumbing. We've had to make several calls about the water heater, toilet, and sinks. Calls usually get answered on the first try, but sometimes 2 calls are needed. There is also usually 1-2 washers/dryers that don't work in the laundry room. In addition, the front office can be slow to respond to rent/lease issues.

On the plus side, the rent is affordable, and comes with cable and internet. The internet connection can be troublesome at times, though.

The neighborhood is pretty good. There is some traffic at the beginning and end of the high school day (it's just down the street), but otherwise it's quiet, and we haven't had crime issues.

As I've indicated, their are some hassles involved with living here. However, the price is low, and they paid our security deposit as part of a promotion. I'm pretty laid back, so I don't get too worked up about having to call make the occasional maintenance call, or deal with occasional internet problems. How you will like this place depends on what tradeoffs you are willing to make.
