Well lets see, i signed up for a 3 bedroom and they asked me to switch to a two and then back to a 3 and then ended up forcing my back into a 2. When I first signed my lease they made all these promises about new stuff like floors furniture and clubhouse upgrades which came between 1-2 months before my lease ended, which they asked me to accomodate them for installing it and take responsibility if anything was broken. I loved when they decided to powerwash the walls of my apartment the week before final exams, great consideration. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place other than the maintainance guys are nice, the people in the office...well lets just say i have nothing nice to write.

My son lived at the Zone poor management, poor maintenance, very poor administration staff they are not kind to their tenants at all. My son currently lives at Walden Pond and it is not any better there in fact it is worse. Same basic situtation poor management, rude staff especially Lauren the on site property manager she is a joke.
