Don't even bother trying to get any studying done during the summer. They have loud parties every single day, so loud that you can feel the bass while sitting in your room. I didn't use the pool once because: a) it was always packed, b) the water was filthy with cigarette butts and empty beer cans.

Dealing with the management for ANYTHING was a nightmare. The workers are as dumb as they come and the manager is an -------.

I agree that the Zone is a terrible place to live. The manager, -----, is extremely rude and unprofessional. The complex is loud, the pool is often dirty and constantly filled with people who do not even live in the apartments. The staff does not respond to maintenance request in a timely manner and they will charge you unfairly for new carpet and other unfounded repairs when you move out, no matter how well you have take care of your apartment. My advice is do not live here!!!!!
