I have lived here for almost a year and as soon as my lease is up, I am out of here. The only good thing that I can say about the apartments is the maintenance man -Harold is the Best. The managment team tells you that your water (which is thru them) will only be 5 to 10 dollars, but it is not it truely is 20 to 38 dollars. They also tell you that you will have a cheap electric bill, but I have never had one under 130 dollars in a month and that in not running my a.c. or heater for about 2 1/2 weeks out of the month.

Harold sucks. I overheard him talking to one of the neighbors one time and he gossips about all the residents. He is nosy and manipulative, and he doesnt even do a good job fixing things. My light fixture has had a short circuit or something since day 1. Its almost 2 years later and whenever I try to get him to fix it you just comes and screws the lightbulb in tighter which doesnt fix the problem. The light still cuts on and off even when its as tight as itll go. One time he fixed my toilet and just put the old nasty toilet part in the tub when he was done. Thanks alot for that.. BTW the toilet still doesn't even work that well. The plumbing is terrible and if you call about it, he just comes up to plunge. Yea. Sorry dude, I already know how to use a plunger.. the thing needs to be FIXED.. not rigged. He doesn't fix anything. He is prompt, but that is the only good thing i can say about him. He'll be there ASAP to to a temporary crappy job and then he'll go tell stories to the management that are 1. not his business and 2. not even true.
