I lived at Bellshire for many years. It was sold in 2001. The new management company started several new projects to enhance the community and never finished, kind of made things look even worse to be half finished. The new office manager is very rude and moody. Some of the office staff was very nice and truely did there best to take care of any questions I had or any problems I needed taken care of. The security is a very big problem never felt safe after the owners sold the property. Maintenance staff always came very quickly but there were several times I had to call on the same problem because it was not fixed right the first time they came out. Also left things half done and had to call for them to finish the work they started even weeks before

The manager is in fact very rude. On many occasions I would visit the office and she would walk by me without so much as a Hello. There were many instants when I went there because there was an issue that needed to be addressed. Although her office is only inches away, she refused to get of her fat ass and address my questions. The other employees had to relay messages back and fort.
