Living in a gutter would be better than living here. Bellshire is it's own ghetto. When I first moved in, it was okay, but then the management changed.

Where do I begin...

My neighbor and I had our apartments broken into by maintenance; jewelry and my neighbor's bikes were stolen. The neighbors wanted to file a lawsuit, but were threatened and moved out. The management got a huge attitiude when I called the cops when my car and apartment got broken into for the zillionth time.

Neighbor #2 moved in; he was a drug dealer. The cops would come to the complex every day instead of every week like before. One girl who was on something tried to break in again. The staff acted like living in a dangerous place was "normal" and told me that I should "accept the fact that my car would get broken into often." WTF'' Very, very dangerous place to live. My child and I got the hell out of there as soon as we could.

Nothing ever gets fixed, they don't spray for bugs, and you can't even trust the people who are employed there. In short, Bellshire is a great place to live if you want your car and apartment broken into, live amidst a plethora of drugs, and be disrepsected by the staff, provided you don't get shot first.

They didn't even give me my deposit back, but then again what do I expect from a complex *literally* full of crackheads and welfare check recipients' If you have kids, DO NOT MOVE HERE because it's NOT safe.

if you've lived in Conroe for any amount of time, you would know Bellshire is not a safe place and hasn't been all 24 years I have been alive. I remember staying with my friends as a kid and seeing people shot in the street.
