If you like rowdy neighbors, constant arguing, solicitation on your vehicles, and semi regular visits by the police, this is the place for you. If you want a management team that could care less about you and your needs, takes their time with repairs (and half does them at that), constantly gives the run-around, and will not accept responsibility for anything, this is the place for you. Hot Water...Scalding hot or none at all. Pool parties at 2:00am on a nightly basis. All I know is that I moved here thinking that it would be a descent place and I was wrong. Innitially everything was made to look great and rent was very reasonable. You truly do get what you pay for. I have hated every second of living at these apartments. Good luck to anyone who decides to move in here, and consider yourself warned.
