hey we moved in one of the town houses and they we every friendly when we moved but once we starting having having havig broblems with or drainage on the shower it starting liking on our dinning talbe and it misses up our table so they came in on april and fix it but 2 weeks later it started liking again so it took them three months to come back and fix and it have and no telling how long it start like but when there rent money they want it in full they are no discount on problems like the one we were having i think we should not have to pay the full amount of the rent because we have been fighting with to come and fix it since april and we are austusti think this bull ---- that we can't a discount on our rent.....

i think this place is going just like stone ridge apartments and when moved they told use we wouldn't have no promble with our parking at we have our parking right there where our gate is at but when i went to the office to tell they about every body getting our parking they told they don't asing parking well as much as they charge i thing they need to because it is not our foult that people don't get apartment with the gate just because they want to save money well that is the way we fill about our parking and partying every night when people are trying to sleep and get up at 4:00 in the morning i don't they that is right and we have a security but not once does he come out and there is another cop living there for only 100 day a month i don't thing that is right because the conroe P.D is the one comming in apartment and give their rounds while the security is sleeping i don't think that is right
