I have lived in Conroe for a long time and I have seen a lot of things go by with time and not change, but I am excited to say that I have seen some serious improvement in the quality of Carriage Woods apartments in just the last 6 months. I was so curious that I decided that I would inquire. The staff was out of this world nice, and just to tease me they sent me pictures of their model which is beautiful. I was saw impressed that I decided to go by and visit, just to see if they could put their money where their mouth was with the pictures. I am pleasantly suprised...it is truely a night and day difference. The current staff has cleaned up the exterior of the property. When I was there, they were having new roofs put on. And from the outside, they may look bland or average, but walk inside and you to will be blown away. They are up to date and modern in every since of these aspects.
