We moved in dec 02 and upgraded to a 2 bedroom in jan 03. Management & staff are very friendly and helpful. All maintenance problems were fixed right away. Problems: One thing I didnt like was having to pay an additional deposit when we re-leased the apt. Pet fees are a bit high. ($10 a month, per pet... on top of an intial deposit). The walls are thin; living downstairs we heard the upstairs TV any time it was on. The only reason we moved out was to find something cheaper.
