This apartment complex?s management and staff will not help you after you sign that lease! Once in, they could care less about you and your apartment. I myself had an electrical fire from the lack of quality wiring and they blamed it on me! Even the fire department said it was their fault but they still tried to make me pay for the damages. I tried to switch locations but management made no effort in trying to help me. I?m not kidding when I say the walls are THIN. I was watching a movie one night when all of a sudden a police officer knocked at my door. He came in, inspected my apartment, and told me what a ridiculous complaint it was. That?s how thin the walls are! On top of that, the management told me that instead of paying a fee to move out of their complex, I had to pay $6,000 for the rest of the years rent. I could understand that under normal circumstances but I felt that I had the right to want to move out in fear for my safety. I DO NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone!!!
