Even though the complex is being painted and made to "look good" there are still hidden issues here.
In the last few months, the dope heads, drunks and party animals have taken over areas of the complex. A lot of the good people are moving out of here and I don't blame them. I plan to move myself when my lease is up.
The police have been here more times than I can count lately. Go to the Conroe Police Department and ask for a print out of the calls to this address for the last few years and you will see what I mean. The print out is only about .30 to .40 cents and well worth it to see what kind of place you are living in.
According to the police report:
In 2007, there were numerous domestic disturbances calls, burglary calls, noise complaints, animal problems, harassment calls, theft, assault, fraud, disturbance involving weapons and suspicious person s calls.
In 2008, so far, civil matters, suspicious vehicles, harassment, numerous noise complaints, numerous domestic violence calls, auto burglary and so forth. These are only calls that are reported to the police. There are many that go unreported.
You are own your own to protect your family from these criminal elements because the office staff will not try to get these dead beats out of here until they quit paying their rent and it affects them.
Other issues:
Parking is limited because of all the people living here that don't belong here. Not only do they not belong here but they could be criminals or worse - child molesters because they have not had their background checked like the rest of us have.
The school traffic, fire trucks, ambulances and the late night drag racers up and down Longmire will keep you up also.
It is a shame that some of these issues are not being addressed because this would be a good place to live except for these issues.
