I am unsure of whether the managment company changed or no. But this place went from good to terrible in the space of two months.
Lets start with the first day. I was supposed to move in on the 5th after signing the papers and then was told we would have to wait a week until the 11th.
On the 11th we showed up at 10:00am to get the keys, no-one was there until 11:30. Once we got to the office the apartment was not ready. they hadnt changed the locks, hadnt changed the carpet, or cleaned it. so we had to wait for them to do that.

2 days after we were in, the toilet sprung a leak, it took a further day for maintainance the show up.

our garbage disposal went out, that was fixed same day.

our A/C went out in JUNE!!!! we were without A/C for a week. It took 4 days for them to show up before fixing it.

then our dishwasher went out. we had no dihwasher for a month, which i was kinda paying for in the rent.

the apartments are old, the appliances are even older i think.

the grounds arent well kept, its strange to see the lawn guys show up after 3 weeks to clean it up.

you get the water bill a day before the 1st.

parking sucks.

the pool is always dirty.

the hot-tub never works.

the grass is burnt all round the apartment.

the light by the mail-box never works, so i wont let my wife down there at night.


All in all, this place was a bad decision. oh yeah the managment is rude, until you give them a rent check.

I'm totally with you on that. these apartments do suck and me and my wife broke our lease and got the hell out of there after the little mexican maintenance man kissed my wife without her consent and another maintenance man watched and followed my wife to see what apartment she lived in. fear for your lives!!!!!!!!
