Let's see, where to start. . . Well, the deadlock broke in the locked position and it took them over 2 weeks to fix that. We were able to get in and out of our apartment, but had to go through the garage door. When they FINALLY went in to fix the deadbolt, they broke the garage door and it was stuck closed. We were locked out of our apartment. Rather than leave a note or something, they waited for us to get home and just figured that we would find out on our own. Anyway, they got the garage door restuck in the open position (so at least we could get in). They said they would "get" to the lock problems and did later that day. But still, our deadbolt was broken for TWO WEEKS.
If you're consdiering this apartment complex, you should know that we had construction workers in our apartment 4 times - twice to "level" the bathtub (this resulted in them cracking the bathtub) and a few times for "inspections." regarding the bathtub crack: we took pictures and put in writing that the bathtub was cracked. We also were not the only apartment where the bathtub magically cracked after the construction workers were there. Anyway, for SIX MONTHS we tried to get it fixed - gave them pictures, put everything in writing, etc. It never got fixed. Then, when we moved out, they said they would need to take the money for the cracked bathtub out of our deposit! We didn't let that happen and managed to recover some of our deposit.
Oh, they also have problems getting the deposit back to you. They said 2-3 weeks. One month after we moved out we still had not received the deposit. I called and they said they "forgot" to send the check.
A lot of what other people said in their reviews we experienced - mold, poor customer service, and a staff that has no idea what they are doing. If you have enough money to spend $900 a month in rent, you're better off buying a house or renting in another area than here. This place is NOT WORTH THE MONEY
