Forget all the other comments you read if they are negative. The Dominion is VERY nice. I think that it has gotten much better since the manager, Joe came in to replace Lori. The maintenance has definatly improved. I was one of the first residents to move in since the property opened in 2003 and have enjoyed living here. The apartments are very nice and have great amenities. I have not had too many issues since living here. Grant it these are not homes but, they are the closest thing to it. They are the best of the best if you live in The Woodlands/Conroe area.

I agree with the previous post. I moved to TX in 2006 and looked at these homes. However, when I read the reviews I was very skeptical about moving in. A year and a half later I decided to give them a try because they are extremely beautiful and well-kept. Well I must say that I absolutely LOVE IT here! The staff is extremely NICE and HELPFUL. I have NEVER experienced anything negative with them. The maintenance guys are AWESOME as well! I would strongly recommend anyone reading the negative reviews to not let it discourage you. Give it a try...believe you can't go wrong for the location and the price.
