The Town homes had a rough start but now that we have Joe as the manager things have fallen into place. His is a joy to talk to and understands situations and tries to work with you as much as possible. Awhile back the complex had many problems due to construction and loud parties but things have gotten much better. They even replaced the drinking nights with a nice breakfast once a month... I feel the management has things in control compared to a few months ago. Great job Joe!!!
