I have been living here 2 years (not by choice, my home is in litigation for mold) because I needed a 4 bedroom place to live. I would have moved out of here sooner but I'm tired of moving. Everything about the place is cheap except the rent. I started out paying $1700/mo and now they want $1978/mo plus a water bill that has no usage justification.
I received a handwritten note about a new rental rate that would include water for $1821, started paying that and the NEW management (4th set) can't find where anyone sent a document out like that so they want $1978 plus water in any amount that they choose to bill you.
Don't move here. Rent a house from someone. Now that my kids are off to college, I'm leaving for less rent, no freeway noise and cleaner conditions.
That reminds me, this is the dirtiest place that I have ever lived. I have to change the A/C filters 3 times per month and the dust and dirt requires cleaning almost daily. Whatever it is, it gets on the ceiling fan blades and won't wipe off. It gets in the carpet and will not wash out even with a steam cleaner. I'm breathing this stuff. Yuch!!
Oh yeah, the A/C has broken several times and it takes days to get it fixed. Went out again a couple of weeks ago on a Sat night. I fixed it myself because no one answered the telephone for after hours problems.
Security gates are always broken and left open.
Finally, the soap dish in the master bathroom shower simply fell off the wall one night at 3 AM. Scared the heck out of us. Shattered in a million pieces. They have never come to fix it. Over 1 year since this happened.

With the new management company we take care of our residents a lot more promptly then is portrayed in this comment. The rent amounts listed here are accurate for someone out of a lease that will not resign a lease contract resulting in the high rent. We feel bad that the resident feels that our community is so filthy. The only thing I can say is come to our community and see the beautiful clean atmosphere for yourself and you will ask yourself what this person was talking about!
