This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in.

Don't let the fancy exterior fool you. The apartments are poorly constructed and noise from the freeway and neighbors will be something you'll have to get use to.

My wife and I signed a lease for one amount and were then expected to sign and addendum that increased our rent less than 1 week later. This addendum now included extra monthly charges for bug extermination services and something else that I don't recall at the moment.

Parking is a joke at this property. Guests have a very hard time trying to park as the property provides very fiew visitor spots, these spots are occupied 90% of the time. Usually my guests have to park at the office and walk to my apartment, this has become a big inconvenience.

I am looking forward to the day I can move away from this complex.

If any of you become victims of "rent concessions" please contact me at screwedbymansions@sbcglobal.net. These fees are illegal. If you know of anyone that has been charged rent concessions, please give them this e-mail address. Breach of contract(breaking a lease) people are welcome to respond!

FYI screwed by mansions, rental concessions are not illegal, the hold up in eviction court.
