This apartment complex is the worst. It is incredibly overpriced for the lack luster ammenities and service that you receive. In my short time in living there, I heard numerous "that's not my responsibility, that's not an emergency, or that's not my problem." I had a leaking sprinkle in my garage that was leaking anti-freeze. I reported numerous times that there was a problem from more than one sprinkle in the garage. It was never fixed and eventually ended up leaking anti-freeze onto my truck staining the rims and front panel. The apartment complex tried to resolve the problem by putting a bucket over the leaking sprinkle and then never bothered to follow up or even empty the bucket. I called their 1-800 maintenance line and was told that the sprinkle company would be called to fix the problem. It never happened! I am now in the process of trying to get reimbursement for my vehicle damage since the management said it "wasn't their problem". God forbid if you should have anything that breaks over the weekend because nothing is considered an "emergency" for them to come fix it! I would not recommend this complex to anyone. It's a complete joke for the money that you pay!
