The price, location, and ammenities is amazing. You are right on the freeway (I-45), and there is a resort style pool, free tanning, free movie rentals, a sauna, a nice computer center, a BIG gym, and best of all: all these ammenities are available 24 hours!!! There are a lot of fast food and nice restaurants, shopping, and gas stations so close.

Construction of the building is very good also- I could NEVER hear my neighbors all around me. A lot of the apartments are upgraded like a 250k home: granite countertops, stainless appliances, big balconies, expensive fans, dimmers, track lighting, PRE-WIRED SURROUND SOUND, BIG garages, padded carpet, computer niches, huge jacuzzi tubs with strong jets, island kitchens, unlmited wood cabinets in the kitchen, alarm systems, strong door locks, nice landscaping, big closets, big windows in most all rooms, and excellent energy effecient apartments (my electric bill was only around $150 a month, and I kept the temp at a freezing 69). I personally think they spent waaay too much money on this property; it doesn't exist to find apartments with this kind of construction- at any price!

The staff also throws a lot of parties with free food and drinks. They even gave me trays of food to take home. Once I asked them to do a party for a fight, and they opened the club house for me and my friends.

The old maintenence guys were recently replaced, and the new guys fix things immediately, and are very helpful and friendly. I have been living in apartments for years, and I have always had complaints with maintenence, but, I didn't experience any problems here at all.

The only reason I left was that my wife and I bought our first house. But, I miss this place, and envy the person in our old apartment. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

It sure sounds like you work for the apartments.....Selling all the amenities. I dont live there but my friend does and the amenities suck..the hot tub never works.

I agree with the other person. It kind of sounds like the person works for the apt. complex and made up a fake review to get their ratings up. This place is the WORST!
