I have been a resident at this complex for almost 3 years and I would like to warn others that are considering moving into The Dominion at the Woodlands. Throughout the years I have been here the management has been changed and I as a long term resident have been disrespected and disregarded. When you call the maintenance hot-line they record your conversation to "ensure" that your needs are taken care of properly, however I feel it is a joke and a waste. I specify every time that I will not allow anyone to be in my apartment without my presence because I have pets and I would just appreciate my privacy being respected. Every time I specify this it goes ignored and someone comes into my apartment without me here. Not only is this a bother to me but it makes me feel extremely uncomfortable leaving my apartment unattended. Besides this being an issue, it took me 2 months of complaining every week to convince the apartment staff and the company that waking up their residents up at 6:45-7:00 a.m. every Tuesday for lawn care was obscene. Also they make it a policy that you have your trash outside of your garage before 9:00 a.m. every Monday Wednesday and Friday, though it does not get picked up or taken care of until the afternoon hours, and to top it all off you cannot put a garbage can outside of your garage because the garbage pick up will not attend to it. My garbage can was outside my garage for almost a month and a half and I had to wait outside for the garbage pick up to come so I could tell them just to throw away my garbage can if it would get my trash out from in front of my garage. One more thing, which certainly is not the last of the problems this complex has, is the fact that they give you your water and trash bill after its due and then want to charge you late fees. If I am simply ignorant to the way that apartment complexes run their properties and all this is normal then I apologize for wasting your time, however I feel that as a long term resident these things should be taken care of especially if the rent here is so high and the management is so horrible and disrespectful.

This review kept me from even considering living here. Thank you for taking the time to post it, and saving me from ANOTHER bad apartment complex!
