I'll be fair; considering we moved from a 2 story home into an apartment that is 1/4 in size from what we are use to. We live on the bottom floor. We have 1 family to the right above us and 1 family to the left above us and they both have kids of different ages. Through out the day, on any day
it sounds like someone is purposely pounding on our ceiling. Our lovely neighbors have the nerve to knock on our door, 3 times in 1 night to tell us to turn down our stereo. For the third time, we told them that we had no music or tv on. I'm not exactly sure, what we are all hearing that is so LOUD but I'm beginning to think that maybe there is a severe problem with the pipes/plumbing'' What could these people keep hearing' They complain weekly.
