Umm where do I begin' All I can say is if you want to save yourself a lot of time and headache do not move here, trust me you will regret it. First off the location absolutely sucks, all you can hear is the highway and if you need to run to the store for so much as toilet paper, you have to drive all the way down to College Park and then to go back you gotta go under the overpass go back up the northbound feeder and then go over 1488 and then get back on the southbound feeder road a complete 360! It was so annoying! When we lived there at first it didn't seem so bad, after a year, everybody we knew has moved out and never came back in fact i didn't recognize one person from when we first moved there. The market value dropped so bad, because they had a high move out rate, and all these trashy people live there now. People that look like they could be anywhere from a drug dealer to a gang banger. The apartments are cheaply made, I hung up several pictures and the sheet rock crumbled like it was made of chalk, and the tile in the kitchen randomly cracked. We had a huge ant problem, were we had them coming from under our carpets and cracks in the walls, and even from the ceiling. Hm we paid 8 dollars a month extra for extermination but yet you see huge ant hills out in the flower beds, the whole year we lived there, I saw one person one time with a freaking squirt bottle spraying pesticide in little corners. The staff is beyond RUDE, they don't clean the apartments well before you move in, in fact I remember one couple broke their lease because they were put in apartment that's last residents had cats and they could still smell the odor in the carpets, and the Lynd company didn't do anything, didn't replace the carpets or nothing. Oh yeah we had a big billboard fall on top of the block across from us during the hurricane, and it crashed through this guys bedroom destroying all of his stuff, Lynd Company is doing nothing to help pay for their stuff, and this also the place where your neighbor will have your car towed, I know because it happened to me. Everything is narrow and cluttered. And the layout sucks. I could go on and on, but seriously folks, I cannot stress enough, you will hate this place, it is deceiving because it looks nice, from the first glance, but its ghetto, bad location, you will wish you had never signed the lease.
