I find it funny how everyone on this site is lashing out at the Dominons management. I have lived here for 7 months and still currently live here. As far as management goes, everything seems to be in order. They pick up your trash for you a couple times a week which is very convienent. They always throw parties for all the residents and have free drinks along with live music. I myself haven't ever made it to one of these events but I always get an invitation on my door. Kinda nice to have management who brings the community together. And I mean, sometimes, everyone makes mistakes, for anyone to act otherwise is ignorant. I had recieved a notice for a dog that I did not have so I shot an email to the address at the bottom of the notice just stating I didn't have a dog. The next day I recieved a response, "No problem, our maintaince guy thought you had a dog, I will take care of this.." Didn't have to argue with them, didn't have to fight them; they were understanding and I haven't heard anything about it again. Seems like good management if you ask me! Now, as far as the residence itself goes, I kind of got stuck by the playground so children are always outside my apartment, but that is my own fault! I cannot complain for not looking at the assigned apartment number because that falls under my responsibilty. The apartments themselves are very nice. Very large and the garage feature is very convienent. The only issue I have noticed is the parking isn't so great where I am at and there are painted fire zones in multiple places. This means when guests come over, you get your car in the garage, one behind you and if more are coming, they will have to park at the nearest parking place which could either be really close or a nice walk. So, if your planning on living here, I would just recommend checking them out for yourself. I read some of the reviews others have posted and they don't seem to make much sense to me. If someone has an issue with a contract then that should be mentioned before signing, don't be stupid!! You signed it! READ IT! But everything seems pretty standard on my lease, I think it was the exact same one from my previous apartment at Landmark. But yeah, Check these out, I may be moving, may be staying, but the management isn't getting the respect they deserve. I have no bugs in my apartment either, noticed someone had said a lot of bugs. The bottom line is and this applies to everything, Life is what you make of it. If you live like a pig, then there will be bugs. If you park in a red fire zone, there is a chance a neighbor will call and have your car towed. If you have a problem with a contract being shady, then speak up and don't sign it! As far as crime, I leave my front door unlocked most the time while I am gone, I forget to lock it!! Luckily you don't have my apartment number xD but I never worry, I feel completely safe! Oh, last, when I moved into my apartment at first, there was a crack in the tile in the kitched, I called the number, about a week later they came and replaced it. I felt comfortable with the maintaince crew also. Way better than my complex before called LANDMARK on rayford, thats for sure.. They place was a ---- hole! Trash was out front and always overflown into the street! So, I tried my best to give a non byass opinion on the place and hope someone finds this helpful! GOODLUCK to you!

this very nice and all, but your assuming things that you don't know anything about. Try living in a clean apartment and having ants coming out from under the carpet, a hole in the corner of the pantry getting into your food, even out of cracks between the tile in the bathtub area. Try having to put up the maintenance putting his smelly garbage trailer that literally smelled of rotten trash in the garage right next to you and having asked them to move several times repeatedly because it smelled horrible each time you walked out the front door, and then having management tell you "we'll take care of it" every time and instead the Maintenance just closes the garage and the smell still lingers (not to mention I'm pretty sure its a health code violation) Lets talk about our neighbor who got $500 dollars stolen from his kitchen table after management let an exterminator enter the apartment unsupervised.Oh and lets talk about how often the remote gates we're broken like every other week, you lived there for 7 months but you are talking about things that happened before you were ever there, so don't criticize other reviews when it is something you know nothing about. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if this was management AGAIN writing reviews about their own place trying to boost their ratings its not like it would be the first time.
