We have been here for about five months and are starting to regret moving in. The complex has adopted a policy of letting any loser with rent money to move in. I'm sure these people signed their lease when the apartments were new and "cheap" because some of the people living here don't seem to care that there are others living in close proximity to them and don't want to hear their loud music, screeching tires, skateboarding or arguments. We moved in here because this place looked nice and new and clean. That will change in about 2 years. We're getting out ASAP.

re: "new people" Rent for a 2b/2b is now rated at $1070 a month, with a $250 deposit. Hope for better neighbors with increases like that. |
