This place looks nice but it's anything but. The walls are paper thin and the rest of the building quality is shoddy at best. They will let anyone live here who can scrounge together rent. The office workers DO NOT CARE about any concerns. The police make regular visits and there is always something going on, even a stabbing a few months back! Most of the tennants are white trash and have no consideration for others. I have tried to have issues addressed multiple times with no avail. The cable and internet is awful. No HDTV, we paid for 2nd tier broadband and it still sucks and goes in and out, as well as the cable. You are locked into using crappy providers. Forget trying to get out in the morning. Don't forget the dog crap everywhere. Their soloution is for other residents to take pictures of owners letting their dogs crap and turn them in for $100. It's pathetic. Do no sign here no matter what lies they tell you.
